flipped and work continues

flipped the body part way today to start the clean up of the underbody . Due to the flares the height needed to flip completely is a bit much . but as shown in the photos the rotation is enough to work comfortably . When the floor pan / rear seat pan was installed the welding process use flux . as such this rusts anything it touches. Although the car is to be hot dipped to neutralize any rust i  would be happier if i clean as much off as possible first. As there is still underbody sealer to r...

Rotisserie built and body mounted

Finally i have the rotisserie built and the body is mounted ready for the clean up of the lower chassis and checking over the measurements of the suspension points confirming that the body is correct.
There is defiantly a slight variation in the rear torsion bar with approx a 4mm gap when mounted on axle stands on a flat floor. I have a panel beater ( who painted my 944 lwt) who will get the body on the chassis machine and fix any variation.
